Hey, I got a question for you, and I really want answer from some of you on this, so please make sure you keep watching the entire thing. 

If you’ve never watched any of my videos, you know that I’m usually floating around the 200 weigh in range. I weigh myself every single Sunday morning. It’s been a long time since I’ve been in my 250s. Every now and then I dip in there. I really want to get below 250 and, you know, 220 is looking really good. 

If I can get just a low fat percentage. 

The real thing I’m focusing on is lower fat percentage. Do you have any goals when it comes to weight? And I’m really curious about this because the weather’s getting good and we’re going to have the ability to do more outdoor stuff. 

And if you can, outdoor exercise, it puts you in a much better mood, in my opinion, than an indoor exercise. I was just thinking about that when I was walking today and it was 70 outside. It felt amazing and I felt motivated to work on my goals a little bit harder.
