Your Onboarding Checklist

Note: It may seem like we are asking a lot. This is information we need for ourselves or other services which we set up on your behalf. I promise you that we ask for only the bare minimum we need. Example: You'll see we ask for tax id/SSN. This is used by the service where we buy your new business number. They ask us so we have to ask you - Thanks, Patrick

  • Your legal business name (if it's different than the company name you put on your order)

  • Your full legal business address

  • Your Tax ID or Social Security Number

  • Your business structure (LLC, Partnership, C Corp, Sole Proprietor)

  • Your current website if you have one

  • Your login information where you purchased the domain you'd like to use

  • What domain you want us to use when building your website (if you don't have one please buy one ASAP)

  • Email address where you want all notifications to go (new emails, new text messages, orders, etc)

  • Area code you want to use when we buy your new business phone number

  • A CSV/Spreadsheet of your current email list (if you have one)

  • Access to your Stripe account. You can add our email address [email protected] as an admin (If you don't think we are ready to work on selling products/services you can skip this)

  • What other team members, VAs, etc that need access to see your leads and other information in your CRM

  • The best day of the week for a marketing review zoom call.

  • If you want to manage or automation responses to your Facebook or Instagram DMs, add [email protected] or "Patrick Allmond" as an admin on your Facebook business page.
