Here is the second post in a series called “3 ways to start a killer day”. I’ve learned some great ways in life start my day to be sure I get off and running the right way. I hope these inspire you to start off your morning with a bang. (Part 1 is here)
Be a very early riser.
And I am not talking about just getting up 10 or 15 minutes before the rest of house. You should be getting up at least an hour before everybody else.
Then be sure to start every day with something that will make you smile, laugh, or be at peace. It will put you in a great mindset for the rest of the day. You can then use that moment or event all day long when your world caves. You’ll remember that the stress will pass, and you have a chance to start tomorrow. the same way. One of the best ways to do this is to be an early riser. Get your meditation, reading, etc. done when then world is still asleep, and you don’t have to share your mind with anybody.
Be a very early riser. It might be one of the few times you have during the day to not have to share your head with other people.
