If you run a service based company like me, you need to remember that people are buying … the person, the team, the video editor, the web editor, the closer, the project manager … the person that interacts with them on a day-to-day basis. 

If you are a service-based business, more than likely you are selling a commodity. You know I teach and sell certain marketing techniques, so you choose. Those things are a commodity. If you are in a position where you are selling a commodity, and there is a flood of you in the market … they are buying YOU. They are not buying that thing. They’re not buying that web design or that cool brand book. They are buying the person that made that cool web design or that cool brand book. So make it worth it. Give a company some personality today.  

Kill it.
