Hey, I’m curious … does getting up in the morning for you early and moving kickstart anything else?
I’ve noticed, and I’ve been doing this maybe a couple of years now, but definitely the past six months more consistently. When I get up at, you know, the 4:30 or the 5:00 a.m. And I get moving, it kickstarts my mind, it kickstarts my body. I really need to kickstart my gut and my digestion, but I’m just kind of curious if you’re an early riser like me, does it do that for you?
I’m genuinely curious. This is not me giving any health advice at all. I just think that my metabolism gets moving faster, which is a big deal for me right now. When I get up, I get hydrated, even if I don’t go out walking, and I’m finishing up a walk right now.
But even if I don’t, like, go do a physical exercise, just the general idea of getting up early and moving kickstarts things.
So I’m just kind of curious. Let me know.
