What one or two things do you do in the morning to kick your own ass?
Get yourself in gear, get yourself hype, get yourself motivated, get yourself to where you got the cool coffee cup or a cool t-shirt. I’m just kind of curious.
It used to be coffee for me, it really did. But caffeine, I learned as I get older, caffeine doesn’t have the effect on me. It used to have. So for me, it’s like ten. Is it ten or 2020 push ups.
Part of my three sets of 20 push ups every single morning. Plenty of water, usually five eggs. And the process. It’s not that stuff necessarily that gets me uplifted and gets me energetic. It’s the activity of accomplishing things, like making my bed, which gets me excited, energetic. The food is just incidental.
And coffee, I just do because it’s psychological and sometimes it tastes good. But I’m curious, what do you do in the morning to kind of get that engine really going? I’d love to hear about it.
