Diggity dog my friends, it’s Patrick. It’s Friday night in the big Oklahoma City. 4:07pm or 16:07pm (for you 24 hours clocker’s). 

People like me normally, you know, the Fridays and Saturdays are the times to party. And I’m not gonna, you know, kill your mojo, piss in your cornflakes by telling you, oh, you gotta work or you gotta be disciplined. But that’s what I’m doing. But I’m curious. I wanna hear what you’re doing this Friday night. Me? What am I doing? 

I just ate some roast beef. It was a total of about 83 grams of protein. Because you know what? It’s gym night. I’m not going to be there forever. But it is gym night. It is chest night. I’m going to go lift some heavy things and put them down. Lift them again and put them back down. Pretty dumb. I don’t know any better. And after that I’m probably going to play some poker.
