Clarity of thought brings about massive action. There are about 6,000 reasons I could give you why I like to get up early in the morning and right now about 2 miles into a five mile walk. And this particular reason is just clarity of thought.  

I get, I don’t know, somewhere between, I think, 70 and 90 minutes to just think these days. I don’t bring air buds, I don’t listen to podcasts. I actually have to be kind of in the zone a little bit because I’m walking up a major street right now in Oklahoma City, and there’s morning people heading to their eight to fives.  

So, I love the fact that I get between an hour and a half to just focus and think of ideas, take some notes and act on them when I get back.  

Try it sometime. It’s pretty cool.
