I’m curious, how well do you do with no external stimulation?
So, I’m very much a music podcast guy, but probably over the past year or two I’d say I purposely go out on these morning walks and I don’t take headphones and I just listen to the noise around me and my thoughts and that’s just where I come with a lot of good ideas and it’s not quite meditation but it’s very relaxing to me.
So, I’m just kind of curious if you’re watching this, do you do that? Are there times when you go out and you do an activity, physical, hiking, gym, whatever it is and you just don’t have headphones in, you’re not listening to music and you’re not listening to podcasts?
I’d love to know your thoughts on this. I’m really enjoying it.
I don’t do it all the time, but most of the time these days.
