Good morning, my friend. I’m out here at my buddy’s place in the middle of 40 acres of great, beautiful Oklahoma land. So that’s why a slightly different background and probably because I’m up a little bit earlier.
First of all, if you’re in Oklahoma, be weather aware today. We got some going down. Second, I’m sitting here on my laptop, coffee cups behind the thing, and the laptop’s over here. I’m just doing some financial analysis. And one of the things I would say to existing business owners, but especially to brand new young entrepreneurs, is, man, pay attention to your numbers. Become obsessed with things like dashboards and doing regular updates on your numbers. We’re always taught to do stuff quarterly, but, man, if you’re just starting out, pay attention to your numbers. Weekly and monthly. Money coming in, money coming out.
Keep track of the pennies and the dimes and nickels because those are going to add up to dollars and thousands. Watch your numbers and learn about financial dashboards. DM me if you want some more information.
