If you’ve watched any of my past content. You know, I’m such a huge fan of getting up early and doing exercise early in the morning. Now, I’ve given you various reasons, but I thought of another one while I was out exercising early this morning. When I exercise early in the morning, it’s actually a way of me getting most of my stress of the day out of the way early. If I exercise, whether I run or walk or do bicycle or lift weights or whatever, I’m putting a lot of stress on myself, physically and mentally. And you know what? The rest of my day is going to be pretty easy if I can get through that stress. The stress of lifting weights, the stress of keeping up a certain pace, the stress of, you know, burning a certain number of calories.  

Yes, those are all first world problems, for sure. But the stress I have in my regular job is nothing compared to the stress I get from exercising. So reason number 653, where you should exercise early in the morning, get that hard, sweaty stress out of the way.
