Hey everyone, here’s what’s been on my mind as we hit mid-November. I spent Veterans Day out here in Oklahoma City, reflecting on both personal growth and business strategies to help us all get better at what we do.

This past weekend, I got in some hiking in the Wichita Mountains, which was a solid reset. My health’s been improving too — down eight pounds, thanks to a solid morning routine of gym, podcasts, and staying active. There’s something powerful about starting the day strong.

In the business realm, I’ve been busy helping clients elevate their branding and marketing strategies through website builds and ad campaigns. One thing I always tell clients is that good planning isn’t just practical — it builds confidence. Laying out clear daily and weekly goals makes all the difference.

AI tools are also in the mix for branding insights, helping clients stay ahead. But remember, tools are only part of it; we all have to focus on solving real problems for people, bringing value in whatever we do.

Looking forward, I’m urging everyone to think about their 2025 goals now. Let’s plan for 12-18 months out. Start setting up visuals, use tools like ClickUp, and keep the bigger picture in mind. And don’t forget, self-care isn’t optional — it’s essential for staying on top of your game.

Action Items:

  • Begin visualizing long-term goals for 2025.
  • Consider using ClickUp or similar tools to manage projects.
  • Focus on personal self-care to maintain productivity.
