Why You Have to Push Yourself Away from the Computer. Now.

This is the part of the day where you push yourself away from the computer, away from social media, away from the inbox that never ends. Get up and go outside or go to the gym. Get away from that “I am not done yet” or “I just have to finish this one thing” attitude. It will be there when you get back, and it will be there in the morning. You can’t say that about your physical and mental well being. You are either building your body or breaking it down.
