Evening Mantra: Dream Well and Sleep Hard

Sleep well. Dream hard. When the alarm goes off, don’t dread the noise. Consider yourself damn lucky that you are: able-bodied, can wake up another day, have a roof over your head, and have yet another chance to control your destiny.

Jump out of bed and attack the day with fervor.

Most of the people around you will dread every moment. They dread the shower, the drive, the work and the people. Look at all of these things with a sparkle in your eye. Find wonder and amazement in things that other people find boring and mundane.

Close your eyes with content on your mind. Wake up with excitement in your soul.
