One of my many interests is affiliate marketing. And if you are the least bit involved in this field then you are aware of the twice annual migration of affiliates to Affiliate Summit.

The first Affiliate Summit of 2007 (Las Vegas) will be here in just under a week - and I could not be more excited. Affiliate marketing is one of those fields that with a lot of hard work and time dedication can make you a modest income while giving you a lot of freedom. And that is one of things in life that I find myself looking for more and more - freedom.

The people I am going to meet are people of action. And if I had to choose one word to describe me and the people around me that I like then that would be the word. I have chatted online with so many people who make their living the “affiliate marketing ” way. One of the common threads in all of my discussion is the freedom that this sort of lifestyle brings you.

I learned a long time ago that nothing I do should be solely about the money. It should be about buying my own time. And I just cannot wait to get around people the feel and think the same way.
